Prices above are Monday-Friday. Daily rates reflect an 8 hour day. Minimum booking time is 1 hour.

Saturday bookings may be available upon request, rates depend on booking requirements, please email bookings@macrocommunity.ie for a quote.

Video conferencing solution for rooms that seat 14–20 people, delivers high quality HD video and crystal clear audio, allowing any meeting place to be a video conferencing space.
€10 fee per booking / per day
Projector / Laptop

Whiteboard screens available in all rooms.
Television screen available in Training Room.
€5 service charge per booking / per day
Flipchart

Flipchart with markers.

Organisational Support Services

Printing/Photocopying A4 B&W- 0.20c per sheet
Printing/Photocopying A4 Colour- 0.30c per sheet
Laminating / binding A4 - €2 per sheet
Word processing - €4 per sheet

HDMI Port required for connection from laptop to Video Conferencing System and Projectors / Not compatible with some Apple products and smaller model laptops.
